Bio:

DJ Charlie is a disco head at heart and was brought up on house music. Mixing a wide range of styles he believes there is a place for all music, if you know how to blend it. Born in the Philippines, he grew up in Chicago's Brighton Park neighborhood playing several musical instruments as a child which were quickly replaced by a pair of 1200's back in 1985. He's spun a lot of great parties over the years and has created a modest collection of mixed sessions. You can check out many of his mixes at his podcast at http://djcharlie.podomatic.com along with http://www.djcharlie.com. He tries to not take for granted his Chicago roots and appreciates all the incredible pioneers that have come before him. On that note, support your local djs before they're no longer local anymore.

Thanks again,
Charlie
