Vocalo.org 89.5FM is challenging DJs around the world to put away the digital tunes, Laptops, CDs, MP3s, etc & dust off their records for that RSW week..
Sun 4/10 - Sat 4/16.
Spinning wax is the foundation when it comes to DJing, we will be paying homage to the vinyl record. (Strictly Wax) for 7 days.

great idea... I've been deejaying with Serato for over a year now and miss: the bigger bass from vinyl, the simpleness of troubleshooting any sound issues, and pulling up album covers when i'm looking for the next track instead of staring at a computer screen!!

Ironic...I posted a vinyl only edition of my slojam dedication show over the summer...it was wildly popular...amazing how the Classic School misses hisses, pops and bumps...
I just did my Ustream show spinning nothing but vinyl, I miss my wax.
